Robert De Niro and Al Pacino joined forces to produce the documentary Vaxxed a number of years ago. It was immediately banned from screenings. Fortunately internet movie streaming sites gladly filled in and the documentary has since been seen by millions.

De Niro’s influence over the Tribeca Film Festival got “Vaxxed” a slot for screening but was eventually retracted when the opposition resorted to ‘cancel culture’. The film was directed by doctor Andrew Wakefield, and featured material from his own 1998 published study that links vaccines to autism.
The documentary does a superb job of tracking the history of the MMR vaccine from the 1980’s. The earliest iterations of the vaccine had side effects ranging from meningitis to neurological issues. A number of the vaccines were introduced prematurely and banned only after a significant number of people succumbed to them. Every legitimate study done showing a connection to autism and other developmental problems in children ended up being buried or even worse, discarded for no good reason.
On February 16, 2017 Robert De Niro joined Robert F. Kennedy Jr. discussion in Washington D.C. on the safety of vaccines., centered around autism. In 2016 De Niro revealed that his son, Elliot, has autism. Kennedy is president of the World Mercury Project. Mercury is in thimerosal which is still used in the flu-vaccine. Kennedy blames vaccines for the exponential rise in autism and says that the mainstream media is complicit by spreading misinformation.
At the event De Niro agreed with Robert’s assessment and ended with saying “I couldn’t have said it better myself. I agree with him 100 percent.”
